  There was a middle age saleswoman in the women's shoe section whose name seemed to be Racal(Rachel?) who had a bad attitude. I don't know what she was discriminating against, but her attitude was clearly different from one customer to the next. At first I was friendly and said I would like to know the price of the shoes as it was obvious that I had to ask her because the price tag wasn't on the shoe. Racal came up and said that the price is usually on the shoe and didn't offer to follow up with me after I said it wasn't there and went on to help other customers. The other young saleswoman was very nice and said she would check for me and found two sizes. I ended up purchasing the shoes and at checkout, Racal asked me if I wanted a 50 cent bag and I asked her if she had a free bag. She repeated the exact words straight away: bags, 50 cents. i understood from the start, as if she hadn't understood me. Obvious discrimination, I don't have any accent plz? and even if I did, this is a multilingual country.

  Thank you so much to Lydia who works for Pilgrim fashion in the Ladies clothes section. I was lost on what kind of dress to wear for a friends birthday event and she gave great advice, I got several compliments from my friends. I really struggle with choosing dresses so her patience and eye for fashion was exceptional. She even let me put the dress I wanted on hold to pick up the next day. Many thanks and all the best to her. Pilgrim and Myer you have a star in your midst.

  Several times now & again today 22/06/23 I was served by Vikki for checkout when purchasing clothing. Not only have I experienced her amazing customer service, I have witnessed her lighting up others days too. It's so great too see such happy, positive staff member who see customers & actually care to make their experience enjoyable. Staff like Vikki are what will keep people returning for in person shopping experiences. Thankyou Vikki for the great service & smiles.

  I recently visited Myer Indooroopilly on 28/06/2023 at around 3:04pm and had an unfortunate encounter with the team leader, Kerrie, and another staff member near the counter. The way they spoke to me and my companions was not only rude but also discriminatory, seemingly based on our ethnicity. As loyal customers who have frequently shopped at Myer Indooroopilly, including today where we spent over $300, we were shocked and disheartened by this experience.
  
  We have always enjoyed shopping at Myer and considered it our go-to department store. However, the recent changes in ownership seem to have had a negative impact on the overall customer service quality. The treatment we received was far from the welcoming and inclusive environment we had come to expect.
  
  Comparatively, we have found David Jones' customer care to be much more attentive and respectful. It's disheartening to witness the decline in service standards at Myer, especially considering our long-standing loyalty.
  
  I hope that Myer management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues of rude and discriminatory behavior among its staff members. As a customer, I value fairness, respect, and equal treatment. Unfortunately, this experience has left me contemplating whether I will continue to support Myer in the future.
  
  I urge the management to reflect on these incidents and take steps to ensure that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Improving customer service and fostering an inclusive environment should be top priorities for Myer.

  I went to purchase perfumes for Father's Day and we were getting served by the person in charge and she during the middle of helping us, left and started to greet someone and never came back. Then another staff member was serving us and she also then left us to serve another person. We were going
  to purchase a few perfumes but due to their lack of customer service and being dealt with so rudely,we left.
