  Extremely unprofessional service. I got a credit voucher for $100, where I will have to pay $80 as a penalty fee.
  How foolish this thing is. They are saying that I can only book a flight through them. I have to pay any extra fair difference, but will not get any refund/remaining credit on negative fair difference.
  
  So practically, ill have to call them to book a flight of $100 (to save extra fair difference) and pay $80 extra as a penalty.
  
  So whats the point in giving the $100 voucher for my cancelled flight in first place? Anyway I have to pay the money. Whats the point of a VOUCHER? Just tell me straight away that we have taken your money now, and you wont get it back. Hard Luck !

  They aren’t refunding me for my cancelled flight for 6 weeks now , Worst customer service and very poor communication, they can’t speak English and still running the call centre . Please never ever book a flight with them.

  STAY AWAY. THEY EARN THEIR MONEY BY TRYING TO RIP OFF THEIR COSTUMERS.
  I booked an overseas flight, the flight was cancelled by the airline (I found out about this 2 days prior to the scheduled flight, Student Universe didn't think it was necessary to let me know).
  I asked for a refund, but I was told that it is impossible for me to receive a refund, because of the ticket class I bought. I spent hours on the phone with them, without getting anywhere. During the phone call they pressured me to accept a terrible flight connection with multiple stops overseas, and even 2 Airport changes (a flight I would have never decided to buy), and they told me that this is my best chance on not losing my money. I had enough and hang up on them.
  I called the airline directly, they confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund, I received that in writing and forwarded that to Student Universe, and suddenly it appeared possible to expect a refund.
  It took them over 4 months to process my refund.
  In summary, this is the worst experience I ever had with a travel agency, I advise everyone to stay away from them. They have shown a clear amount of criminal energy trying to rip me off, and pressure me to accept terrible flights.
  They should be investigated by regulatory authorities, and the entire operation should be shut down!!

  Bloody ripoff. Wish I read the reviews before I purchased the tickets through them. Had to cancel flights due to covid cases and it’s a nightmare to re-book using the credit. No easy way to communicate. Can’t get through via phone or email. Contacted through Twitter and takes them a full day to reply to a simple message and that too they reply only with insufficient info and again takes a day to reply to get more information. It clearly shows they don’t want to help with the bookings nor want to provide the refund. DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK ANYTHING. 0 starts rating.

  SCAM!!Worst experience, I booked domestic flights, confirmed. Someone calls me at the airport to say I don’t have a flight. I check in anyway for the flight. 3 weeks later I get some random charges $3000 on my card. Called customer service which felt like a scam. I had to cancel my accounts. My original flight was $295 & it’s cost me $3300 & there’s nothing I can do about it. SCAM STAY AWAY
