  Had the WORST experience of our lives at Audi Indooroopilly. All they care about is your money - nil customer service, nil values, nil integrity. Were forced into signing a contract for a Q3 - agree we should have used better sense however they were the least accommodating after that. They had the car over-priced by atleast 5k and made a HUGE deal about letting us get out of the contract. In the end we had to pay the penalty - guess they need the money more than we do. Looks like that's how they make money - by robbing their customers with very poor customer service. They won't even shirk away from bad mouthing other Audi dealers - tells you about their integrity. Hope karma comes and bites them. Wouldn't have even given 1 star but that's the least I had to choose from. Sales persons who we had this experience with were Michael Bassett (who apparently has given his own dealership 5 stars on this page - this tells us how badly they need the star rating) & Ryan Davis. In fact a few of their own staff have given themselves 5stars on this same page to boost up their own ratings - DESPERATE TIMES ASK FOR DESPERATE MEASURES - you guys have my empathy!
