  Tony Hu is the best guy if you want to buy a new Lexus, he doesn’t put his commission or sale target first, rather put your need and get what you want first! Very responsive and top notch service, who answers your random car question at 8:30pm on Friday? Tony does! Can’t recommend more!

  Great sales team led by Ryan. They made my new work vehicle purchase painless. When I picked up the car they took the time to set up and run through everything, gave me a beautiful gift hamper and even tied my car up in a big red bow. Highly recommend.

  Very excited to buy a Lexus, had been wanting one forever , ordered in July 2021 from Lexus Indooroopilly. Was originally told that I would receive the car the following April. Decided in December to change the vehicle colour, and this is where everything went south. I called to find out where the vehicle was in production and was told quite rudely that I was now at the bottom of the list again because I changed the vehicle colour. This was not flagged with me at the time of my decision. Then absolutely nothing, no communication regarding anything, even just to check in and advise there was still no progression. This from a supposed luxury car dealership. So 2 years later after a couple of conversations with Tony where I had previously advised him that I wanted communication I receive a phone call to congratulate me on my new car that had arrived. SERIOUSLY!!! I had to purchase an alternate car to get me by until my new vehicle was ready and I receive no notification to say that the build had started or even that it was on a boat heading to Australia. Seriously Tony, communication comes in many forms. I would have liked a heads up so that I could sell my car and organise finances rather than ‘Hi your cars here!!!’
  
  Well after everything that’s happened I decided to not go ahead with the purchase as my circumstances have changed….. I then try to get my deposit back and guess what! The paperwork has mysteriously disappeared and there is no record of me paying….. apparently happens a lot where people don’t actually pay the deposit supposedly!!! ….. It’s written on the contract that I signed to say that I had paid the deposit. But no that’s not enough, I have to find the credit card statement to prove that I actually paid the deposit in July 2021
  
  Absolute unprofessional and disappointing ordeal from start to finish
  
  Terrible customer service from a Luxury car dealership. I recognise that there has been delays in vehicle manufacturing however it’s all about communication!!! I mean it’s not like there has been cars in the lot to sell so there should have been an abundance of time to communicate with your customers.

  Beautiful showroom , excellent range of Lexus,s on display to choose from .Great service Loved the black Lexus LFA . Lexus has come a long way . Enjoyed the cafe coffee and variety of sweets afterwards . Marlene Walshe
