- Louis Tumminaro Added August 04, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a complaint about a staff member calling my phone and being inappropriate. I use Westpoint Hyundai for service on my iLoad van, so when I received a text saying I had a special offer I thought I might get a discount on service. Mark gives me a call thanking me and, as I was short on time I asked him what he wanted. Mark gives me a sales pitch style answer that does not make his intentions clear so I say “I need to go, please don’t call back thank you”. Mark gets angry, asks why I inquired about the special offer in the first place and hangs up. As a person who values quality customer service (I picked Westpoint Hyundai because of the Google reviews) my recommendation is that when someone says no thank you, you thank them and move on - especially when dealing with an existing customer.
