    Great staff, great equipment, great gym. Been going here for a year and have gotten some awesome gains. Staff are very helpful, friend and well-trained.

    Friendly Staff. Great Gym , I have been to many gyms over the years I can Honestly say this Gym has the Best Equipment and Great Staff. They are all there to help you , you feel comfortable going there. It does cost more then other gyms, they have better equipment and they have the Pilates machines. Crossfit, F45, and Pilates cost more.
    Also very clean.

    Love this gym, highly recommend for mums who want to exercise in a nice, clean and fun place with a lovely and safe environment for their kids. No childcare like the one in workout Indooroopilly , worth any penny you pay for.

    This is a great place with a difference. It is a non-intimidating space, yet with top-notch equipment.
    The staff is particularly friendly and attentive. Based on your goal, your age and fitness level, a program will be tailored for you.
    I will turn 60 at the end of the year, I usually hate gyms, and yet I feel I fit in at this place.
